Mussels in White Wine Sauce
- Preheat grill to high heat, around 500 degrees. Prep mussels by rinsing under cool water.
- On a stove top, combine white wine, flour, shallots, garlic, and basil. Mix until combined, salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill Outset Chef’s Outdoor Grill Basket and Skillet with mussels and place on grill. Grill on high for 6-8 minutes or until a majority of the mussels have opened.
- Empty mussels into a large glass bowl from grill basket and pour white wine sauce over top. Finish with a few squirts of lemon juice and garnish with lemon wedge when serving.
